Mephiles the Dark (Crystalline Form)

A couple of days ago I uploaded my Iblis design that I did several months ago. So today I decided to finally go about designing a new Mephiles design that I had in mind for a story I want to work on. It was fun doing this piece, as I had to replicate the same style I did with the previous picture. While I was drawing reference from the original Mephiles design to come up with the design for Iblis, I reversed that method with my new Mephiles design by drawing reference from my Iblis design, so it was certainly a lot of fun to do!

The story I had in mind involves an alternate telling of events of Sonic 06 during the accident 10 years ago. Instead of Shadow and Silver arriving from the future in order to seal away Mephiles and Iblis, they don't come back to stop them and the two deities are left free and help young Elise after the loss of her father. Throughout the story I plan to have alternate tellings of events from Classic and Modern storylines accordingly, with Elise and the Solaris duo as the main protagonists. The two eventually develop these forms that I have designed.
